Initial Consultation

£0.00

Every new client has a 10 to 15 minute FREE initial consultation before their first treatment. During this session we will discuss your health and lifestyle, a questionnaire will be sent in an advance of the session, this will help me determine possible sources of physical, emotional or chemical stress that may be affecting the nervous system. I will then observe posture to identify areas of compensation and gently palpate along the spine to help identify any spinal blockages. We will then discuss how the findings may be affecting your health and life, before developing a treatment schedule going forward.

Group session - 2 clients

£30.00

These are often popular with family members, friends and partners. I can create a group on your behalf if you would prefer a group session. I will be treating you both during the session, the results are often amazing as the energy is amplified. All session are with the client clothed and on a massage table. The session is 50 minutes and the price is £30 per person making it a cost effective solution to regular spinal flow sessions.

Private session

£50.00

Private sessions are great for those who prefer a one to one treatment or to fit extra treatments in around their group sessions. They can be beneficial for people with multiple ailments or those that just prefer a personal experience. All sessions are with the client clothed and on a massage table. The session is 50 minutes.

Block booking not only saves you money. Block booking your Spinal Flow appointments gives your nervous system the consistency it needs to create meaningful, lasting change. If it is your first session please add a Initial consultation (top option) when booking, it will ask you to fill in a Health questionnaire form, which will help me when we complete your spinal assessment, posture photos and talk about your health goals on the day.
